These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Betflare website (the “Website”) and all related gaming and support services. Please read them carefully before creating an account or using the Website.

You are responsible for reviewing the current version of the Terms. If you disagree with updates, you must stop using the Website and/or close your Account. Continued use after an update is treated as acceptance.

4. Opening an Account

4.1 One Account Rule and Duplicate Prevention

Only one Account is permitted per person and certain identifiers, including (but not limited to) IP address, home address, payment card, and email address.

If, after verification (random or triggered), Betflare determines these rules have been breached, affected Accounts may be blocked without notice and any balance and/or pending withdrawals may be cancelled.

4.2 Registration and Accuracy of Information

To register, you must complete the registration form on the Website.

If Betflare determines (at verification, first withdrawal, or any time) that your data is incorrect or misleading, Betflare may close the Account without notice and confiscate the balance in the affected Account.

If you change account details, supporting documents may be required. Examples include proof of residence for address changes, a legal document for name changes, or banking evidence for bank detail changes.

Your Account name must match your legal identity. Payment methods used for deposits/withdrawals must also match the verified identity of the Account holder.

4.3 Restricted Jurisdictions

Registration is not permitted for residents or citizens of certain countries/jurisdictions (“Restricted Jurisdictions”). The restricted list stated by the operator includes: USA, Ontario, Curaçao, Malta, Israel, Cyprus, Iran, North Korea, Bulgaria, Serbia, Lithuania, Nigeria (and any other jurisdictions identified on the Website).

4.4 Player Declarations

By registering, you declare and warrant that:

4.4.8 Deposited funds are not derived from illegal activity.
4.4.9 You agree to indemnify Betflare and its related parties for losses resulting from your breach of these Terms.
4.4.10 You will not use robots, automated tools, external player assistance programs (EPAs), or techniques that distort normal gameplay or provide an unfair advantage.

4.5–4.12 Account Security and Restrictions

4.5 You must keep your login credentials confidential. Use “Forgot password?” to recover access.
4.6 You are responsible for activity on your Account and for losses caused by third-party access.
4.7 Notify Betflare immediately about unauthorised access or a security breach.
4.8 Personal data is not sold or disclosed except as required by law (including AML/fraud controls).
4.9 If you open multiple Accounts, Betflare may close them and ban you.
4.10 Transfers between Accounts are prohibited. Using third-party payment methods is prohibited. Accounts are not transferable; do not allow third parties to play on your Account.
4.11 If account information is updated, you may be required to submit updated verification documents.
4.12 You should keep copies of relevant rules, policies, and transaction records.

5. Account Verification (KYC)

5.1 Verification Authorisation

By accepting these Terms, you authorise Betflare to perform identity, age, and compliance checks required by Betflare, payment providers, and/or third parties (including regulators) to prevent fraud and money laundering.

5.2 Documents Required

Betflare may request documents such as:

• A recent utility bill matching the registered address
• A copy of passport/ID with photo
• Evidence of payment methods used (card copy with sensitive digits masked, or alternative proof)
• Any site authorisation form completed and signed by the user

5.3–5.5 Additional Verification Measures

5.3 Betflare may verify identity at any time.
5.4 Betflare may perform a verification call to finalise validation.
5.5 Attempts to bypass checks may result in Account closure.

6. Deposits

6.1 Payment Methods

Cash payments are not accepted. Only secure/encrypted methods shown on the payment page are accepted.

6.2 Deposit Limits

• Minimum deposit: €20 (or currency equivalent).
• Maximum standard deposit: €2,500 (or currency equivalent).

6.3 Refunded Deposits and Voided Winnings

If a deposit is refunded (including chargeback, fraud suspicion, or other specified reasons), any winnings derived from that deposit may be cancelled and the session considered void.

6.4 Payment Processors

Betflare may use third-party payment processors (“Electronic Service Providers”/ESPs). You authorise the casino to instruct ESPs to process deposits and withdrawals as necessary. If ESP terms conflict with these Terms, these Terms prevail.

6.5 Deposit Rollover Before Withdrawal

The deposit amount must be wagered three (3) times before it can be withdrawn.

6.6 Refunds

Betflare does not issue refunds except in exceptional circumstances and at its sole discretion.

7. Withdrawals

7.1 Processing Time

Withdrawals are typically processed within 2 business days. Different terms may apply for VIP users as agreed with a VIP manager. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same payment method used for deposits. Betflare may decide the final payout method.

7.2 Verification Requirement

Your Account must be verified and documents approved before withdrawals are processed.

7.3 Weekly Limits

Standard weekly withdrawal limits may range from €2,500 to €5,000 (or currency equivalent), depending on player level. VIP users or unusually large wins may be subject to separate terms.

7.4 Multiple Withdrawal Requests

If multiple withdrawals are requested, the processing period runs from the date of the last request.

7.5 Minimum Withdrawal

Minimum withdrawal request: €50 (or currency equivalent).

7.6 Bonus Abuse Classification

Betflare may classify Accounts at its discretion. If classified as a “bonus hunter” or “bonus abuser”, bonuses and winnings may be voided, the Account suspended, and payouts not processed.

7.7 Account Closure Limits

You cannot close an Account with an active withdrawal request or remaining balance. You must complete withdrawal or use remaining funds first.

7.8 Bonus Deduction on Withdrawal

If winnings are derived from a deposit linked to a bonus, the bonus amount allocated to that deposit may be deducted from the final payout depending on the bonus type.

7.9 Progressive Jackpots

Certain payout restrictions do not apply to progressive jackpot wins.

7.10 Withdrawal Rules May Vary

Betflare may set different minimum/maximum withdrawal limits depending on method, account status, activity, and other factors.

8. Fraud, Bonuses and Abusive Behaviour

8.1 “Bonus Hunt” Restriction

If a bonus has been claimed, “Bonus Hunt” (opening accumulated free spins across multiple games at the same time) is prohibited once balance falls below €0.50 (or currency equivalent).

8.2 One Promotion per Identifier

Bonuses/promotions are limited to one per person, email, address, card, IP, phone number, and household. Misuse of internal promotions with bonus funds is prohibited.

8.3 Maximum Bet with Bonus

If a deposit bonus has been claimed (with or without wagering requirements), the maximum bet allowed is €7.50 (or currency equivalent) during the relevant game session until wagering conditions are satisfied (if applicable). This also applies to paid in-game bonus buys/free spins where purchase price is treated as the bet amount.

8.4 Operator Actions for Violations

If violations are detected, Betflare may take one or more actions, including:

• Cancelling bonus and/or real balances
• Cancelling the entire game session
• Withholding winnings from the session
• Closing the Account

The platform may conduct random checks and enhanced monitoring during withdrawal requests.

9. Games, Fairness and Technical Issues

9.1 Demo and Real Play

Some games may be available in demo mode. Real play requires logging into your Account and wagering money.

9.2–9.3 Prohibited Software and Controls

Robots, automated aids and external programs that distort play are prohibited. Betflare may implement checks (including operating system checks) to detect prohibited programs.

9.4 Communication and System Errors

Bets are confirmed only when received by Betflare servers. If communication breaks after a bet is received, the bet remains valid.

If a game fails, produces an inaccurate outcome due to system/RNG/software issues, bets and winnings may be cancelled and balances restored to the pre-game state.

If you disconnect during an active game, the stake may be returned unless the game already completed and winnings were credited.

If Betflare incorrectly credits your balance, you must notify support immediately and return the incorrectly credited funds.

9.5–9.7 Malfunctions and Cancellation

In case of malfunction, stakes may be returned. Betflare may terminate a game if technical difficulties occur and may cancel winnings arising from defects. Abuse of technical defects may lead to legal action.

9.8 Free Spins Limitation

Free spins are available only for games of Take the Bank (as stated by the operator).

9.9–9.10 Bug Abuse and Rollback

Using bugs or exploiting errors (“bug-using”) is prohibited. Bugs should be reported. Betflare may block Accounts while reconstructing balances. Betflare may roll back activity to a state before the issue occurred. The platform’s administration decides whether abuse occurred and whether a rollback/account closure is required.

9.11 Complaints

10. Termination

10.1 Closing Your Account

You may request account closure via support. Closure may take up to 2 business days.

10.2 Suspicious Activity

Casino may freeze an Account during investigation of suspected fraud, money laundering, collusion, or cheating, which may result in closure.

10.3 Reporting to Authorities

The company may inform relevant authorities and financial/payment institutions of suspected unlawful activity, and you agree to cooperate with investigations.

10.4 Operator Discretion

Betflare may refuse to open an account or close an existing account at its discretion. Existing contractual obligations will be honoured as applicable.

10.5 Inactive Accounts (Sleeping Period)

If there is no login activity for more than 6 consecutive months, the Account may be deemed inactive. After notification, if funds are not withdrawn within 15 days, Betflare may close the Account and deduct 5% of the remaining balance monthly.

10.6 Additional Inactivity Rules

Betflare may close an Account and terminate Terms if:

• You have not logged in for 90 consecutive days, and/or
• You fail to complete verification or confirm a payment method within 90 days, or refuse verification

In such cases, the platform may write off remaining funds from the inactive Account in its favour (as stated by the operator).

11. Customer Care

11.1 Support Availability

Customer support is available 24/7 via live chat or email.

11.2 Conduct Toward Support

Spamming, insulting, or harassing support agents is prohibited and may result in Account closure.

12. Copyright and Trademarks

12.1 Intellectual Property

Betflare owns or controls intellectual property rights in Website content (text, images, videos). Users must respect copyrights and trademarks.

13. Interpretation and Language

13.1 Governing Language

The original Terms are in English. If translated, the English version prevails in the event of inconsistency.

14. Law and Jurisdiction

14.1 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Costa Rica. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of Costa Rica.

15. Lucky Box Feature (Beta)

15.1 Definitions

• Lucky Box: a virtual chest containing random prizes.
• Coins (Internal Currency): non-withdrawable currency used for platform features, including Lucky Box.
• Real Balance: deposited real money held in your account.

15.2 Opening a Lucky Box

Lucky Boxes may be opened using Real Balance or Coins. The total cost depends on the number of selected prizes (1–5) and is shown before confirmation.

15.3 Prize Crediting and Use

Prizes are credited automatically:

• Coins are credited instantly to the internal currency balance.
• Free Spins are credited to eligible slots and must be used within 10 days unless stated otherwise; unused spins expire automatically.
• Winnings from Lucky Box prizes are credited to Real Balance unless stated otherwise and are not subject to wagering requirements; withdrawals remain subject to standard account rules.
• Free Lucky Boxes and Wheel of Fortune spins must be used within the specified period or they will expire.

15.4 Randomness and Fairness
